Sid has done his best from this distance (apparently they don’t count overseas votes unless it’s really close?!) and I am doing all I can in the finger-crossing department. It’s midnight here and I’m going to bed now with still not even the beginnings of a result to see, but we’re leaving the computer on all night so when the kids wake us up at ridiculous times we can check on progress! Here’s hoping all those polls were right… anything else is unthinkable.

First of all you look great in this pic- motherhood agrees with you. Second: his little finger is just the sweetest thing ever! And… I voted, I enjoy that right and use it all I can.
